Multifamily Partners, L.L.C. (“MPI”) is a fully discretionary, institutional equity fund and the firm's exclusive vehicle for multifamily investments. MPI had its final capital closing in July 2007 with total commitments of $226 million. MPI invests in multifamily assets with attractive income growth potential and anticipates a holding for each investment of five to seven years. To enhance total returns, MPI also selectively targets value-added and development opportunities. The current MPI portfolio includes 14 properties and one land parcel aggregating 4,100 units.
