John W. Collins is a Managing Director and Controller for Pearlmark Real Estate Partners, L.L.C. Mr. Collins is responsible for financial reporting and analysis.
Prior to joining the firm in 1998, Mr. Collins was a Senior Accountant in the Audit Department at Ernst & Young. While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Collins was responsible for audit and consulting work on several major public real estate clients, including Equity Office Properties Trust and Equity Residential Properties Trust. Mr. Collins is a Certified Public Accountant and was previously with Grant Thornton as a Senior Accountant in their Audit Department. He obtained a BS in Accountancy from the University of Illinois and is currently a member of the Illinois CPA Society.
