Linda Bursic is a Senior Vice President of Pearlmark Real Estate Partners and is primarily responsible for originating equity capital, creating new product/firm initiatives and managing institutional partner relationships. Ms. Bursic previously focused on property acquisitions as a member of the firm’s East Coast team, assisting in the acquisition of $285 million of office properties.
Prior to joining Pearlmark in 2006, Ms. Bursic was an Associate in the Corporate Solutions group at Jones Lang LaSalle where she focused on local and national client tenant representation assignments involving strategic planning, financial analysis, market assessments and lease negotiations. Previously, she worked for J.P. Morgan as an analyst in its private banking group and later as a consultant at Agency.com focused on the financial services industry.
Ms. Bursic earned her BBA from the Loyola University Chicago and her MBA from the University of Chicago. She is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Pension Real Estate Association and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Real Estate Alumni Group, as well as a board member for Housing Opportunities for Women, a Chicago not-for-profit organization.
