Brian P. Walsh is a Senior Vice President of Pearlmark Real Estate Partners and is responsible for the firm’s debt capital markets activities, including managing lending relationships and overseeing property- and fund-level financing activity. Since joining Pearlmark in 2003, Mr. Walsh has closed over $1.5 billion of financings of office, industrial, retail and multifamily properties.
Previously, Mr. Walsh spent over five years within the Jones Lang LaSalle organization (1998-2003), where he was involved in tenant representation, investment sales and debt placement activities on behalf of corporate clients and institutional investors.
Mr. Walsh earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He is a member of the Urban Land Institute.
