Sustainability
Pearlmark’s leadership role in protecting the environment stems from a corporate culture of social responsibility and its long-term business strategy to maximize results. Since 1999, Pearlmark's energy management practices, including no- and low-cost operational adjustments, strategic capital improvements, and energy procurement policies, have consistently reduced operating costs across the firm's portfolio. Converting equipment and making changes to existing structures immediately reduces overhead connected to energy costs. Partnering with the U.S. Green Building Council, Pearlmark has pursued LEED-EB certification on a number of new and existing commercial properties.
